As we close out 2007 I thought it would be fun to go through my music collection of the last year and pick out ten albums that I loved. Once I narrowed it down I then picked a song from each of those albums and counted them down.

I didn’t list the songs in the shownotes because that would ruin the fun. If you have questions about the artists or songs in this episode, please email me @ scott (at) 8ballradio dot com and I’ll send you the list.

  1. Bob Said,

Scott - an interesting collection for certain. Some I like and some I wouldn’t necessarily run out to buy or download. But 8Ball was that way back in the day as well. Punk-pop sports a great numbers of bands, and Jimmy Eat World and We the Kings definitely get your toe tappin’. Great call on Matt Nathanson as well.

Some other bands to suggest: Mae, Just Surrender, Over It, and Armor for Sleep.

    Take care - Bob

  2. Scott Said,

Great to have you around Bob. Happy new year!

  3. Richard Said,

Scott, great show! I really enjoyed the top ten, and I am glad to see the variety. I have to agree about Kayne West, I never really paid attention to him, but have really been digging his last album, and your #8 pick Stronger.

Looking forward to your next rewind.

    Later.
